Human Rights Law is a fundamental field of Law, which, despite its fundamental character, faces many challenges in our contemporary world. Human Rights Law includes rights derived from National Constitutions, the European Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, as well as from International Treaties, most notably from the European Convention on Human Rights.
